SOCAMIL在我们的多次选择之后脱颖而出，因为我们认为他比别的企业更符合这次作业的主题。为了启动，我们先打电话联系了SOCAMIL的负责人，通过和SOMAIL的物流经理电话交谈后，当他知道我们是ESC的学生后，很欣然的接受了我们的请求，并初步的定下了第一次约会。The Socamil became prominent among our numerous selections, since we thought that Socamil was more fitting the theme of our essay than the others were. In order to make an initiation, we firstly contacted the leader of Socamil by phone, during the chatting with the logistics manager of the Socamil, who pleasantly accepted the our request after he had known that we were the students of ESC, and made the first meeting in the initiative.
因为约会的时间只有3小时，我们必须在之前做好最充分的准备以便在规定的时间内提出最恰当的问题从而得到我们最需要的答案。由于我们对SOCAMIL的认识很少，开始的工作相当的繁重，我们浏览了大量的网页查找关于SOCAMIL的信息，和CENTRA D’ACHAT的定义，对SOCAMIL做出了一个明确的定位。
Since the meeting was only three hours, we had to make an adequate preparation before the meeting so that we could propose the appropriate questions within the designated time, in the benefit of our most need. Due to the reason because we had less recognition of the Socamil, the initial work was quite heavy loaded, we browsed a lot of websites to search the information of Socamil and find the definition of Centra D'achat in order to get an explicit orientation on Socamil
之后，我们开始查阅关于物流的书籍了解相关企业工作的流程。在了解了大概后，我们试着制订我们的问题并把问题通过EMAIL寄给物流经理。
Furthermore, we have done the research of the books that are related to logistics to know the related working procedure of the enterprise. As we had brief idea of it, we made an attempt to draw up our questions which were emailed to the logistics manager.
